The flow of establishing new company and filing its tax return in Japan is following

Corporation Establishment

After the consultation, we support your decision in the entries such as a name of your new corporation and its business purposes. In addition to this, we will proceed the company registration and submit necessary documents to the authorities responsible for admission of corporation establishment.

Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

We handle various accounting services for our clients. Monthly bookkeeping and calculating employee’s salaries are basic examples of our services. We also draw up useful documents, such as a monthly trial balance and salary account book and provide them for our client.

Filing Tax Return

We draw up company’s statement of accounts and file its tax return at the close of fiscal year for our clients. Furthermore, we can handle a lot of burdensome paperwork processing which is necessary to complete tax return and required by Tax Administration Agency in Japan.
